Customer information and rights

Information about the service as it currently operates. Updated: 18 October 2026.

Your transport provider

Transports Léon — Jérémy Rebelo, sole trader (EI). SIREN: 522 817 204. French VTC register: EVTC066260021. Publisher and data controller: Jérémy Rebelo. Email for complaints and data requests: transportsleon@icloud.com. Postal contact for complaints and data requests: 7 bis rue de l’Aramon, 66480 Maureillas-las-Illas, France.

Bookings and prices

Your request requires the driver’s acceptance. Check its status in “My trips”. The trip price is shown before submission; the waiting and cancellation charges below may apply in addition. Pay the driver directly. The driver currently shares text messages, emails and document links manually; automatic delivery is not guaranteed.

Cancellation

Free before the driver accepts. After acceptance: free at least 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup; less than 30 minutes before pickup, a €10 fee applies per booking. You can cancel an unpaid request in “My trips” before boarding. If the button is unavailable or a payment has been recorded, contact the driver. This application does not automatically debit these charges.

Waiting and no-shows

After the driver arrives: 5 minutes free, then €0.50 per minute. After 20 minutes of waiting in total without boarding, the driver may declare a no-show: chargeable waiting time plus 50% of the trip price may then be due. These charges are separate from the €10 customer cancellation fee.

Your data and its use

Your name, phone number, addresses, times and trip details are needed to arrange and perform the booking. Email and special requests are optional. Booking processing is based on pre-contractual steps and performance of the contract; invoicing is based on legal obligations. Avoid medical information in messages: describe only the transport arrangements you need.

Who receives your data?

The driver and staff authorised to manage your booking access the necessary information. The application runs on Sites with Cloudflare infrastructure. Address search and routing services receive the queries and coordinates needed for their operation. If you use an external payment link, that provider processes the payment; this application does not collect full card numbers.

Retention and your device

Data is stored on the server for booking follow-up, complaints and evidence of transactions. Retention must be limited to these needs and applicable obligations; accounting records must be kept for 10 years. The application currently has no automatic history deletion deadline. Your browser stores a private trip access identifier, your language and an application cache. Clearing browser data or changing phones may remove local access without deleting server records.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction and, depending on the processing, portability or object to processing. Some records must be retained to meet legal obligations. Send your request to the controller above, including your booking reference. A reply is normally provided within one month; a justified extension is possible for complex requests. You may also complain to the French data protection authority, CNIL: www.cnil.fr.

Notifications

Notifications are optional and require your permission. You can disable them in your device settings. Refusing notifications does not prevent booking: check “My trips” for updates.

Consumer mediation

After contacting Transports Léon with a complaint, if the response is not satisfactory, you may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator CM2C.
